How Declyra handles your information.
This notice explains the categories of information used by the Declyra MVP and why they are needed.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace membership, uploaded shipment documents, extracted declaration data, review activity and basic service diagnostics.
How we use it
Information is used to provide authentication, document processing, validation, review, customer support, security and product reliability. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers
Declyra relies on cloud infrastructure, authentication and AI-processing providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed to perform their contracted function.
Retention and requests
Information is retained while needed to provide the workspace and operate the service. Customers may request access or deletion. Pilot customers should agree retention requirements with Declyra before production use.
