Terms for using the Declyra MVP.
These terms describe the current pilot service. A separate written agreement may replace them for a paid customer engagement.
Purpose of the service
Declyra assists customs professionals with document extraction, validation and review. It is not a customs authority, legal adviser or autonomous filing service.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the accuracy of approved data and every declaration or submission made using Declyra output. AI-generated suggestions must be reviewed by a qualified person.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you are not authorized to process, attempt to access another workspace, disrupt the service or use the service for unlawful activity.
MVP availability
The product is provided as an evolving MVP. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Paid pilot details, limits and support commitments should be confirmed in writing.
